Jeremy Baze grew up around the oil industry, learning from his grandfather, father, and uncle. He began his chemical career in 1994 as a shop hand and blender at InterChem, Inc., which was founded in 1993 by Curtis Baze and later became Baze Chemical, an industry leader in intermediate and specialty chemicals. At Baze Chemical, Jeremy learned the business from the ground up. He advanced through roles in the shop and lab before moving into sales in 2000. His deep knowledge of chemicals, applications, formulations, and field uses has earned the trust and respect of customers and colleagues alike. For Jeremy, the sale has never been the primary motivation. He values the personal trust, long-standing relationships, and friendships he has built throughout his career.

Jeremy founded NXT intermediates, LLC (NXT) with a vision of honoring his generational legacy and returning to the fundamentals: strong customer service, personal relationships, practical solutions, and integrity. After more than 30 years in the industry, he saw customer needs and relationships increasingly taking a back seat to corporate profit. NXT was created to bring a personal, service-focused, and integrity-based approach back to the intermediate chemical provider and toll blending markets.

Janna Baze is a business development professional with more than 14 years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, and the chemical and manufacturing industries. She spent 10 years working alongside her family, continuing a three-generation legacy in the oilfield production chemical industry. During that time, she strengthened her expertise in product knowledge, operations, and business development while building lasting relationships with customers. This experience further reinforced her passion for delivering practical solutions, earning customer trust, and creating long-term partnerships.

Today, Janna serves as a Sales Representative focused on new business development with NXT intermediates, LLC, where she partners with customers to introduce innovative chemical solutions. She enjoys understanding each customer's unique challenges and identifying practical solutions that improve performance and create long-term value. Known for her integrity, collaborative approach, and commitment to exceptional service, Janna is passionate about helping customers grow their businesses while creating partnerships built on trust, innovation, and measurable results.
